Our Mission and Vision

The Dublin United Methodist Church is a community of grace gathered for worship of God, for learning the way of discipleship, for fellowship with one another, for demonstrating love as Christ loves us; sent and empowered by the Holy Spirit to minister in our community by: providing worship, educational programs and fellowship for families, adults, youth and children; applying effective ministerial and congregational leadership to attain established objectives; performing outreach and community service; securing financial resources to meet church commitments; and maintaining church buildings and grounds in a neat appearance reflecting a positive community image.

We look to embark on a Spiritual Journey led by the Holy Spirit.  We expect to grow into a unity of Christians who love God and His Word and who will serve Christ in a way that will glorify Our Maker.

We are called to be a faithful, friendly, welcoming, encouraging, and empowering group of followers of Jesus Christ.

We are called to offer opportunities to all to grow spiritually through worship, prayer, group Bible study, Christian education, home fellowship groups, and service.

We are called to create training to empower us through the Holy Spirit to serve and minister to our membership and those in our community  near and far.
